Key Takeaways
- 25.6V 40Ah (1024Wh) LiFePO₄ standard battery module with 8S12P configuration.
- 20A continuous discharge and 50 (BMS) peak/protection current.
- ≥2,000 cycles for long service intervals.
- 290 × 275 × 110 mm and 14 kg, IP42 rated.
- UN38.3 compliance.
Construction & BMS
The pack is built in a SPCC sheet-metal enclosure with 5557-4R. The integrated BMS provides over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature protection, with cell balancing for long string life.
- Spcc sheet-metal enclosure — mechanical protection and mounting
- 5557-4R — low-resistance connection
- Integrated BMS with cell balancing
- Batch-level cell traceability
Electrical Performance
25.6V nominal and 40Ah (1024Wh) give predictable runtime for standard modules. Continuous discharge is 20A and maximum charge is 20A, with ≤45 mΩ internal resistance.
- 25.6V nominal / 40Ah
- 20A continuous discharge
- 20A maximum charge
- 8S12P configuration
Reliability & Temperature
≥2,000 cycles and a charge window of 0 to +45 °C with discharge from −20 to +60 °C make the pack suitable for continuous duty. UN38.3 compliance supports global deployment.
