1. Use of the Website

You may browse the Site and download documents for legitimate business evaluation purposes. You must not misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at scale, uploading malicious code, or using the Site in violation of applicable laws or our intellectual-property rights.

2. Product Information & Specifications

Product descriptions, specifications, drawings and performance data on the Site are provided for general information and may be updated as our products evolve. Tolerances and figures are typical values, not guaranteed maxima, unless expressly stated. Nothing on the Site constitutes a technical warranty for a specific application; final suitability is confirmed in the contract documents.

3. Quotations & Orders

• Information on the Site is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer
• Quotations are valid for the period stated, generally 30 days, and are subject to review of final specifications
• A contract is formed only when PLB confirms an order in writing (proforma invoice or order confirmation)
• Standard products ship from stock; custom PACK projects are subject to specification approval and tooling review

4. Payment & Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed: payment by T/T (typically 30% deposit with order, balance against copy of shipping documents) or L/C at sight for larger programs. Trade terms follow Incoterms 2020 as specified in the quotation (commonly FOB Shenzhen/Yantian, CIF, or DDP by negotiation). Lithium batteries ship under UN 38.3 tested configurations with DG documentation; air freight at ≈30% SOC, sea freight at ≈50% SOC.

5. Warranty & Service

The standard warranty is 2 years from shipment (extendable on qualified programs), covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and specified operating conditions.

• Warranty claims are handled through our RMA process; products are traceable to cell serial number and production batch
• The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, operation outside specification, or normal wear
• Qualified programs include product liability insurance underwritten by Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, product photography, illustrations, logos and documents — is owned by or licensed to PLB and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as necessary to evaluate a potential business relationship.

7. Certifications & Compliance

Our products are manufactured under IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified systems, with product certifications including UL 1642 / UL 1973 / UL 2580, IEC 62619, IEC 62133, UN 38.3, CE, RoHS, REACH, PSE, KC, BIS and GB 31241 as applicable to specific product families. Certification scope for your configuration is confirmed in the quotation. Customers are responsible for compliance with local import and market-access regulations unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost production or third-party claims) arising from use of the Site or from products, beyond the remedies expressly agreed in the applicable contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Export Compliance

Products and technical information may be subject to export-control and sanctions regulations. You agree not to export, re-export or transfer PLB products or information in violation of applicable laws (including PRC export-control rules and destination-market restrictions), and to provide end-use information on request.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at Dongguan, Guangdong, China, unless a different forum is agreed in the contract documents.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. The version published at the time of your visit applies to your use of the Site.
