Founded in Dongguan, China in 2014, Power Long Battery (PLB) is a specialized 26650 LiFePO₄ cell manufacturer and custom PACK integrator. We develop the cell chemistry and production process in-house, design the BMS hardware and firmware, and assemble the finished battery system under one quality system. This vertical control delivers stable cell quality, faster customization and a single point of accountability from cell to cabinet.

More than 300 million PLB cells have shipped to 100+ countries with zero explosions, fires or leaks. Our 75+ R&D engineers and 82 granted patents support UPS and data-center backup, AGV/AMR, engine starting, marine, medical, emergency lighting and solar storage. Platforms cover 6.4V–512V and 2S–160S, with custom prototypes in 15 days and pilot production in 30 days. PLB operates under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001/14001/45001, with UL 1973, IEC 62619 and UN 38.3 documentation available.
