Key Takeaways
- −40 °C to +60 °C discharge for photovoltaic, military, AGV and industrial-robot packs that must keep working through extreme temperature swings.
- 3,400mAh in a standard 26650 can — Ø26.3 ± 0.2 mm × 65.3 ± 0.3 mm and 85 ± 2 g, suitable for existing holders and new PACK designs.
- ≥2,000 cycles at 1C with more than 80% capacity retention; ≥1,500 cycles at 45 °C and ≥1,000 cycles at −20 °C.
- −20 °C / 0.2C charging and 3C room-temperature fast charging; 10C short-pulse discharge (≤30 s) for burst loads.
- UL1642 · UL2054 · UL1973 · IEC62133 · UN38.3 · RoHS · REACH compliance, produced under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
Cell Structure & Build
The IFR26650-34D uses a stainless-steel can with PET shrink film and laser-welded terminals. In-house electrode, assembly and formation processes keep internal resistance below 20mΩ and capacity consistent from batch to batch.
- Stainless-steel can + PET film — mechanical protection and insulation
- Laser-welded terminals — low-resistance, robust joints
- 85 ± 2 g — consistent cell weight for PACK balancing
- Batch-level traceability — from raw material to finished cell
Wide-Temperature Performance
Discharge is rated from −40 °C to +60 °C. At −20 °C the cell delivers at least 76% of its capacity at 1C, and charging is supported at −20 °C / 0.2C without external heating — useful for outdoor cabinets, cold-region equipment and winter mobility.
- −40 °C to +60 °C discharge window
- ≥76% capacity at −20 °C / 1C
- −20 °C / 0.2C low-temperature charging
- 10C short pulse (≤30 s) / 5C long pulse (≤60 s)
Capacity & Cycle Life
The cell offers 3.4Ah nominal capacity and 128Wh/kg energy density in the standard 26650 footprint. Cycle testing confirms more than 2,000 cycles at 1C, with additional validation at 45 °C and −20 °C for hot and cold applications.
- 3.4Ah / 3.2V nominal, 128Wh/kg
- ≥2,000 cycles at 1C, >80% capacity retention
- ≥1,500 cycles at 45 °C (1C/1C)
- ≥1,000 cycles at −20 °C (0.2C/0.2C)

Application Scenarios
One cell platform for equipment operating in cold, remote or high-temperature environments.
Storage & Reliability
High-temperature storage tests confirm stable capacity retention and recovery. Values are typical results from internal testing; actual performance depends on pack design, current and thermal management.
Test conditions: charge CC/CV at 0.5C to 3.65V with 0.02C cut-off at 25 °C; discharge CC at 0.5C to 2.0V. Storage tests: 45 °C for 30 days and 60 °C for 7 days.
